When products were “sitting” too long on the site and getting stale, it was my responsibility to figure out ways to refresh and revamp the products to be sold differently. Photoshoots, email campaigns, social strategy and paid ads were part of the 360 marketing plan to revitalize stale products.

Managed, oversaw, and creatively directed the 6 person design team responsible for generating new merchandise ideas for Barstool E-commerce.
