Strategic Division Creation

Established a new division from inception, focusing on monthly pop-ups across 20 cities nationwide, contributing significantly to Johnny Cupcakes' revenue with gross earnings exceeding $400K.

Team Leadership

Led a team of 45 professionals, overseeing sales, promotion, and the independent operation of the pop-up business unit.

I had the chance to work with Kyle for two years, as she led the Johnny Cupcakes Cake Dealer program Kyle's energy, empathy, and creativity were on full display. As the leader of the CD program, she not only made the whole group feel welcomed, but also challenged us all to deliver impactful pop-ups. I always felt supported and heard, and that speaks to Kyle's aura. She led phenomenal team calls and what I'll remember most about working with Kyle was the 'Cake Dealer Con' she organized and hosted in Boston for our whole team.
